The Villa
Recently renovated and arranged entirely on one level, Villa La Formica offers approximately 180 square metres of comfortable and beautifully furnished interiors.
The villa features three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, providing comfortable accommodation for up to six guests.
The spacious living area includes a welcoming lounge with sofas and fireplace and an adjoining dining area opening directly onto the garden, creating a natural connection between indoor and outdoor living.
A fully equipped kitchen with its own dining table completes the main living spaces.
A separate annex located below the main villa may also be available on request, offering an additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and providing further flexibility for larger parties.
Outdoor Living
The garden is the heart of summer life at Villa La Formica.
At its centre lies a private freshwater swimming pool finished with mosaic tiles and enhanced by a cascade jet. An English-style lawn, Cycas and Chamaerops palms create an elegant green setting around the pool.

The celebrated La Mortella botanical gardens are also close to the villa, while Forio town centre and harbour are approximately 1.5 km away.
